Women have made great strides in the political arena and yet, there remain barriers rooted in centuries of patriarchy and male-established norms.  Norms that rely upon an 'insider' language along with interactions that can often leave a woman as an 'outsider'.

How can you be successful without feeling like you lose yourself? How can you find the balance between your feminine brain and your masculine brain? And what is the value of changing your entire perception of power?

And importantly, how can you artfully navigate the hallways of power so that your agenda becomes a priority to others? What are the skills you need to pick up on the external cues yet feel assured in your ability to foster a transactional encounter -and turn it to your advantage?  How can you develop the exercise of discrimination and discretion part as part of your leverage, instead of your complicity?
